Katherine Gotthardt’ s Haiku Poetry on the Theme: Tea
I’m counting my years
in ounces. How fast teacups
pile up, drained and stained.
_________
I’m in hot water
again, pouring tea into
your forbidden cup.
_____________
You drink from a jar,
tea leaves drowned at the bottom.
You’ll leave them there, too.
Do You Want to be a Guest Contributor?
I accept submissions for individual pieces to post onto a group poetry page and will publish the criteria and the application form soon. We’re just starting this project (August 1, 2021), so give me a minute.
I look forward to reading great work by people who are trying it for the first time and by those who are pros.
