Nancy’s Novelty Haiku & Lunes page contains only my poetry fashioned in Haiku, Lunes, and other contortions.’ (I’m still trying to overcome my tendency to violate some rules.) Guest contributors’ work has a separate page for diverse contributor collections and a very few separate pages for individual superstars. Here are the links, and then we’ll get to the poetry
I have created separate pages for
1) instructions on how to write these forms of poetry and
2) where I might post the work of other contributors who submit poetry to me.
3) a page for Master Writers whose work and worldview I love. Click here to see an example.

treasure chest brines in the sea.
Fish swim. The lock rusts.
This page is under construction (now laying the foundation) as of July 29, 2021. Stay tuned, but see a few samples below.
We are Under Construction!
WHEN IS TOO MUCH STILL NOT ENOUGH?
(c) 2021 Nancy Wyatt All Rights Reserved
A year of COVID.
Death and long-term illnesses
Abound. BUT NOT FOR ME.
I feel highly blessed
Despite the isolation,
My age, and low funds.
I am surrounded
By Nature’s great pros and cons.
You win some, lose some.
Alone in the fight
To survive another storm,
Solo, I still stand.
Stubbornness prevails.
Give up. Fade into the night.
Retire. NOT FOR ME.
There must be a way
To overcome the challenge
And say, YES, FOR ME!
