Note: all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. You cannot be hypnotized if you don’t want to be. The hypnotic state is merely an altered state of brainwave frequency. The brainwaves slow down just like when you are about to enter or awaken from a state of sleep. Your intellectual mind may wind down, but your AWARENESS increases. It’s all perfectly natural. Nancy’s Novelty HypnoMeditations are crafted in three levels to address issues, such as sleeplessness, overcoming fears and phobias, correcting limiting beliefs about weight loss, finances, past traumas, and so much more.
You can use them for a single sitting or loop them all night while sleeping. When you listen just once, you should feel stress release, calmer, and more peaceful. If you listen to them nightly for 28 days, you could find it much easier to change habitual thinking and beliefs that do not serve you well.

Want the Script Only?
Why Would You Do That?
Happily, you may have the option of getting only the scripts or recordings with just voice-only recording, if you wish. If you purchase only the script, you then can make a recording of the words using your voice to help reinforce the thoughts in your subconscious mind.
Music Or No Music?
I will include the music of world-famous Reiki Master and musician, Llewellyn in some of the HypnoMeditations.
(I have purchased the licenses to use this music. However, you may not duplicate or share the recordings with anyone else. To do so is to violate copyright law as related to both the music and the words.)
If you order a pre-recorded meditation without music in the background, you can choose what music, water, nature sounds, or other backgrounds to use – including the blessing of silence. This is especially helpful for people with hearing difficulties, as there will be no other sounds on the recording to blur the words.
(We learned the hard way not to give HypnoMeditations, with background music, to musicians! It seems the musicians’ minds can pay attention only to the music! OOPS!)
Inner Mapping to the Soul Consultations
How does it work? If you want to have a HypnoMeditation customized to meet your specific objectives, I will interview you (probably online) to learn about your concerns and your goals. Thereafter, I will use that information to create the meditation to mirror our objectives for how to Change Your Life for the better.

Absolutely. Many clients begin with a pre-recorded session and then feel called to dive deeper. You can upgrade at any time and receive credit toward your custom experience.
Q: How long are Nancy’s Novelty HypnoMeditations?
Most sessions range from 20 to 40 minutes, depending on your needs and the depth of the work. Nancy’s Inner Sanctum Master HypnoMeditations are crafted intuitively and may be longer if your journey indicates the need.
Q: Can my custom meditation focus on a specific healing goal?
Yes. Whether it’s emotional healing, spiritual awakening, inner child work, confidence, heart opening, or any other sacred focus, your meditation will be designed to gently nurture your specific needs.
Fees for Nancy’s Inner Sanctum Master HypnoMeditations
Typically, your commitment is for three, one-hour, online sessions with Nancy at a fee of $100 per session, payable upfront. I might also require that you send me a written description of the issues you want to address and how you think you will feel if the problems are resolved. The sessions typically take place over two to three weeks.
Why is the fee payable in advance? Because I have to do many hours of additional work to customize a HypnoMeditation that will work for you at the deepest soul level, and I am not charging you for that time. It can take anywhere from eight to twenty or more hours to craft the words and concepts to help you make changes for the better that will last, and I won’t spend that kind of time without the full fee for a Master HypnoMeditation.

Writing, Editing, & Reviewing Services
My fees vary, depending on whether you choose editing, writing, or reviewing services. Fees also are influenced by the:
- amount of lead time you provide
- complexity of the work
- amount of research involved.
- travel requirements
- ability to do the work and transmit it online for the most part.
